So You Want To Lead?

For the majority of my life, I would have categorized myself as a follower or a reluctant leader. I was the one that wanted to make sure everything went well for a group project or activity but I was hesitant to lead initially. Looking back, I now know part of that was shyness (was painfully shy growing up) but other part of it was I didn’t want all the responsibility.

It was really like this up until my junior of college and then things started to shift..
