CONSISTENCY COMPOUNDS
When it comes to leadership, it’s consistency that makes a difference.
We undervalue consistency and over value intensity.
It’s been said that it takes 10,000 hours to become the expert on any subject and that can only be done with consistency!
For me that consistency has led up to 100 episodes over the last 3 years.
I started podcasting at the beginning of 2022 and was only releasing an episode a month so only 12 episodes in 2022 but towards the end of 2022 made a plan to ramp things up in 2023.
I started in 2023 putting out episodes 2 times per month until June and since then it’s been episodes every week besides a couple strategic weeks where I haven’t released an episode.
It hasn’t always been easy especially over the summer this year, but thankful to God for bringing me this far.
Also thankful for all the guests who I’ve had on the their show! Without them, I wouldn’t have made it this far and I’ve learned a lot from everyone I’ve had on the show!
So whatever it is you’re doing or wanting to do, remember that in the end being consistent is what matters the most!
For episode 100, I had the honor of talking with someone doing really incredible things in the STEM Media space!
I talks with Dr. Nehemiah Mabry, P.E. aka Dr. Nee, a technical creative with a rich background in engineering and entrepreneurship.

2025 MASTERMIND

Thinking of bringing back some masterminds I’ve done in the past. I’ve done one on Leadership, Personal Growth, Communication, and starting a business.
Best one to start off the year with is a Personal Growth mastermind using the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth for this 4 week Mastermind.
