GETTING UNSTUCK
It’s still early in 2025, but some of us may have already felt like we hit a wall or feel overwhelmed with all we have to do. Setting goals and making New Year’s resolutions are great, but if you go about it incorrectly, it can get you feeling stuck about what’s next.
The key to having big goals is setting small goals or milestones along the way and celebrating small wins as I’ve mentioned before. But maybe you’re not even sure where to start?
Well, then start by doing SOMETHING.
If you want a new job, be intentional about talking about what you’re looking for with your friends or network. Even if they may not be directly hiring, they may know someone who is and it’ll keep you front of mind. If you’re trying to lose weight, start by choosing a diet you can stick to. Maybe it’s skipping sugar for a week, a day, a meal, and it will add up. The key to your success is in your daily routine.
Don’t get caught up in crash diets, get rich schemes, or “the answer” to all your problems. Real change starts from the inside out. Obviously I only gave just a couple examples and maybe these don’t relate directly to you, but I think you get my point.
If you want support on how to get unstuck, you can reach out to me and if I can’t directly help you, I’m confident that I know someone who can. Also my latest guest, Aron Kolosik knows a lot of about this as well and a plus he’s also fellow Cyclone. He’s a former senior executive and C- Suite leader for fortune 50 and 800 companies.
