BEHIND CLOSED DOORS: AN HOA NIGHTMARE

Imagine getting an incredible opportunity out of state. First thing you think of is selling your home, but you're sure it'll be easy to sell. It's in a great neighborhood and an envied school district. And the icing on the cake is that your neighborhood is a little cheaper than the ones surrounding it, so you know you’ll attract more buyers, so what's to worry about?

Things go smoothly obtaining a realtor, getting the home ready, and you put it for sale. And after just a couple weeks, you get an offer on it! You think, this couldn’t have gone any smoother, and now it's a waiting game until closing. The buyer's bank all but ensures the buyer will close on the home. You wait until about a week until closing and leave for your new state to start this amazing opportunity!
