We all have stress, but not everyone handles it in a healthy way.
Stress in itself isn’t a bad thing and is a sign that we’re human, but knowing how to handle stress and make sure our cortisol levels aren’t too high is critical to being the most incredible versions of ourselves.
There are many ways to do this, but not all of them are healthy and can lead to issues if we don’t tackle the root cause of our stress.
I had the opportunity to talk with a stress and burnout expert about this and other ways to develop resilience in this episode of the show.
I talk with Dr. Camilla Moore who is a diplomat in the American Academy of Lifestyle Medicine with 16 years of clinical practice as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
