DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP

Leadership is something I'm very passionate about, but this wasn't always the case. For majority of my life, I would categorize myself as a reluctant leader. Whether it was setting up activities with friends, projects at school, or even volunteering for activities, I would often wait for someone else to take the lead. I thought I was too young to lead, and who would want me to take the lead. It really wasn't until college when I was thinking about my future career that I became more intentional with taking the lead.
