Why I deleted my Instagram Last Weekend…

So, I deleted my Instagram over the weekend…
Before you think this is just a total knee-jerk reaction, hear me out. I’ve been mulling this over for a minute, and it really boils down to one word: Intention.
I realized I was splitting my energy, and the noise was drowning out the signal. We put this insane pressure on ourselves to show up on every single platform 24/7, and with the rise of AI, that pressure has only compounded. I’m choosing to opt out of the "everywhere" trap.
Instead, I’m putting my energy where the real value is.
From here on out, my personal focus on IG is going entirely into the podcast account. My team has been holding down the fort since the beginning of the year, but I’m stepping back in to bring that raw, personal touch that they’ve been asking for.
If you want the real-time insights, the behind-the-scenes clips, and the deep connections I actually care about, that’s where I’ll be and let me know if there’s something that you want to see more of!

A Moment of Truth...
Dropping that account made me realize something bigger about how we live and work, and I want you to take a second to honestly reflect on this:
Is there something you’ve been debating doing or stopping, but you’re held back by the fear of what happens next?
Are you maintaining something in your life or career out of pure obligation? Are you terrified to pivot because it’s safer to stay still?
Over the last four years, I’ve interviewed more than 100 people on the podcast. Almost every single one of them stood at this exact same crossroads. Whether they were chasing a hidden passion or navigating an unexpected layoff, the common denominator was always the same: They did it afraid anyway.
We often talk about courage like it’s the absence of fear. It’s not. Courage is looking fear right in the eye and choosing to take action regardless.
It doesn’t have to be a massive leap. It just has to be A step; otherwise, you’ll keep getting the exact same results you’ve always gotten.
What is one thing you need to stop, start, or change today to align with who you actually want to be?
Think about it. And if you need some blueprints from coaches, STEM professionals, and leadership experts who have made those exact terrifying moves, tap into the podcast!
TL;DR
I deleted my personal Instagram over the weekend to escape the "everywhere trap" and focus my energy with real intention. Moving forward, my IG presence is going 100% into the [IncrediPaul Podcast Account] (hit that follow button to stay in the loop! 🚀).
The takeaway for you: Stop doing things out of pure obligation. What is one thing you’ve been afraid to start or stop doing because of the unknown? Face the fear, take that step anyway, and check out the latest podcast episode for a blueprint on how to make your own intentional moves. 💪
