In the USA, we live in a fast spaced culture of busyness, but is that really a good thing?

No one likes to feel like that they have nothing going on, so it can be natural to say you’re busy even when you’re not.

But on the flip side, maybe you are busy but are you really being productive or just doing things that you’ve always been doing?

“Activity doesn’t mean accomplishment” and it’s important to evaluate what we’re doing to make sure we’re being productive instead of just being busy.
