LEADING THROUGH IMPOSTER SYNDROME

Have you ever felt like you didn’t belong somewhere?

Felt like you were a fraud?

Felt like you’re success is just a string of luck?

Well you may have experienced Imposter Syndrome. Contrary to popular belief, it affects a majority of people and it’s something that needs to be addressed.

The first step is acknowledging what you’re experiencing.

Wishing or hoping it goes away is not a good strategy. It’s nearly impossible to fix something you fail to address.

In this episode, I talk to someone who has dealt with a fair share of Imposter Syndrome and rose above it and is an inspiration to many!

I got to connect with her at a conference in DC in August for the National Society of Black Engineers.

In this episode of IncrediPaul Leadership, I talk with Lori Strange, a chief engineer with BAE Systems with over 25 years of experience in the engineering field.
