Are you in a job you love?

Are you searching for what you want to do?

Or maybe you’re starting to lose passion for what you do?

Wherever you are, it’s important to take some time to reflect on if you’re doing what you’re meant to do.

A common theme of the show and really in life is the idea of self-discovery and realizing that our wants and desires can change over time. It’s ok to change your mind and go after something, but sometimes you don’t know where to start.

The best place to start is by paying attention to what you like doing. Whether that’s in your current job or not. We’re moving 100 mph in our fast-paced world and we don’t always take the time to slow down.

It seems counterintuitive, but slowing down can be the best way to speed things up. Before you know it, a year or 5 years can fly by in a job you hate when you could have made an opportunity to learn or do something different.

Sometimes it’s not that you hate the job, but there’s a specific aspect of it, you love more than others. That was definitely the case for my guest in this week’s episode, Kati Kleber.

She’s a podcaster, author, educator, wife, mom, and so much more! She shares her tips on how she went from being a nurse to literally impacting tens of thousands of nurses around the country!
