Speaking & Podcast Guest Appearance
Check out last week’s newsletter: How to Network Without Feeling Fake
If you’ll be in New Orleans in a couple weeks let me know! I’ll be speaking at NSBE Professional Development Conference! You can register for the event here and I speak on Friday, August 29!

The Beauty of Pausing
I didn’t release a podcast episode on Monday and no newsletter came out either and I’m Mr. Consistency so I went back and forth for while on if I should do it.
The reason was very intentional and without getting overly spiritual, I felt that I needed to hit pause on a couple things while I determined what’s next.
Don’t worry the podcast isn’t going away and I actually have episodes recorded through October but the podcast may look a little different in the coming months
I’m also working on something new outside of the podcast… Soooo shocking
Pausing allows me the mental space to get out of the routine and get into my creative space
With that, it’s caused me to also reflect on what I value the most and what I want the long-term vision to be for IncrediPaul
Honestly, I’m notoriously bad about talking about what I do unless I’m at an event for it or on socials but I’ve realized this robs people I interact with casually from the value I bring
What I’m working on will help me with that and also give those of you passionate about what I do to help me as well.
Let me know if you have any guesses on what I want to do? And I’ll share more next week.
In the meantime for this month, I’m not dropping any new podcast episodes, but I thought it was a great opportunity to highlight episodes from other podcasts I’ve guest starred on this year.
Starting off with the Might in Motion Podcast, hosted by Marianna Kinnee! She is a dynamic Podcast host and we had a great discussion and I definitely shared some insights about the future of IncrediPaul that may be 10 years out or 10 months out depending on how things go.
Hopefully that was enough a teaser to check out the episode by clicking the YouTube link below or the link to it on Spotify.
MORE DETAILS ABOUT EPISODE
In this episode of Might in Motion, we sit down with Paul Faronbi, a certified Maxwell Leadership coach, speaker, and trainer, who is passionate about mentoring the next generation of STEM leaders. As host of IncrediPaul Leadership, Paul brings a unique blend of faith, leadership, engineering, and personal growth to the table. From lab work to leadership, Paul shares how problem-solving in engineering shaped his mindset, and why encouraging diverse voices in STEM is essential for innovation. We explore the difference between reacting and responding, and how that distinction builds resilience, especially in young professionals.
