Check out last week’s newsletter: I extroverted too hard this weekend.
Goodbye, IncrediPaul Leadership. Hello, ______?

Who doesn’t love a good rebrand?
(Cue the awkward crickets...)
Look, I get it. Some rebrands totally bomb. Remember when Spotify tweaked their icon's shade of green and everyone lost their minds? Change can be jarring.
But lately, I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting on the conversations we’ve been having here and on the podcast.
As passionate as I am about leadership, that word doesn't quite cover the whole picture anymore.
We’ve been diving deep into leadership-adjacent topics that matter just as much: emotional intelligence, mental and physical health, and financial well-being.
Which is exactly why I’m expanding the universe with IncrediPaul L.I.F.E. mentorship.
While the overarching "IncrediPaul" brand is staying the same, the podcast is undergoing a evolution starting this September. I am so hyped to share the new look and name with you... next week. 😉
Any guesses on what it is?
Hit reply to this email and drop your best guess! Seriously, I want to see what you've got. If you nail it, I might just give you a special shoutout on the premiere episode of the new brand! 🎙️
The lightbulb moment actually happened a couple of weeks ago at the Podcast Summit. I was catching up with a Podcast Producer who currently manages about 30 successful shows.
As I was spilling my vision to her, she gave it to me straight:
"Paul, the name of your podcast doesn’t immediately showcase what the show is actually about. Right now, it looks like it's centered entirely on you."
OUCH.
Talk about a gut check!
But she was right, and I immediately thanked her for the reality check.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know this platform isn't a one-man show.
It’s about this community and helping you grow. The old name just wasn't reflecting that. So, it's time for a change.
Enough hints for now, you’ll get the full scoop next week!
But enough about me. Let’s talk about you.
A rebrand is just a fancy word for an intentional pivot.
Are there things in your life or career that you’ve been doing on repeat, even though they aren't really serving you anymore? Or maybe there’s a major shift you’ve been dreaming about, but you haven't taken that first step?
If you’re tired of getting the same old results and want real, strategic support to execute your own personal pivot, coaching is your next best move.
Let’s figure out how to get you to that next level together. Click below to grab a spot for a free discovery call, and let's see if we're a good fit!
Let’s make 2026 the inflection point where you truly learn to Be Incredible!
