UNSTOPPABLE LEADERSHIP
Do you want to be an unstoppable leader?
Is it possible to be an unstoppable leader?
I think so, but probably not in the way that you’re thinking
Oftentimes, we think that leading from a place of strength is the only way to be effective and how to get things done.
Nothing wrong with this and it is very important to be a strong leader. However being strong doesn’t need to come at the expense at being real.
To really be an unstoppable leader you need to be vulnerable with your people in order to build a connection. There is wisdom that comes in how and when to do this and a coach can help on a case by case basis.
Key thing is that when you’re vulnerable in who you are and what you’re learning helps people understand that you’re self aware and that you’re willing to grow.
Make sure you don’t get caught up in acknowledging your flaws but then doing nothing about them. That’s going to have the opposite effect and make people frustrated with you when you never change anything.
Growing doesn’t just happen. It takes constant, consistent effort through discipline.
But also remember to be kind to yourself and enjoy the journey.
I talked to an incredible leader in South Florida that’s leads a large team and impacts thousands of people every week. Check out my conversation with Cory Demmel by clicking the button or watching on YouTube.
