It has been said that that AI is the future

But I don’t think that’s the truth anymore..

AI is the present and whether you’re happy with it or not, it’s most likely here to stay

But as leaders and aspiring leaders, what does that mean for us? Do we need to care about AI? What does AI have to do with Leadership?

EVERYTHING!

When it comes down to it, AI is a tool that learns from what it is taught. We need to be intentional in what and how we teach AI to make sure we’re going down the right path.

Like anything, unconcious bias can occur when we’re not intentional with a tool and it’s important that people of a variety of backgrounds are intentional about using AI and teaching it properly

Going a bit further, AI will most likely be autonomous in the near future and we need to teach it humanity and love. Teaching AI how to love was a new concept that I was exposed to when I had a conversation with Nish Batta at a business networking event in Nashville.
