WHAT DOES FAITH HAVE TO DO WITH LEADERSHIP?

Merry Christmas to those who celebrate and Happy Holidays to everyone else!

Different type of newsletter and podcast episode where I talk about faith and some common misconceptions. If it’s not for you, then skip this one, and I’ll be back to my regularly scheduled leadership focus but overall I care about becoming the most incredible version of myself.

However, if you’ve ever been curious then this newsletter and podcast episode is for you. You’ll get some insight into why I do what I do!

If you’ve been following me for a decent amount of time or looked at my bio on my website, it’s pretty clear that my faith in Jesus is important to me and fuels everything I do. I realize that there are a lot people who profess to know Jesus that don’t always model it, so that’s what tackle in this episode as well as my own reason for the faith being my own and not just something I grew up with.

Talked about it in my last episode with Tarita in last week’s episode that we’re spiritual beings that live in a physical body and that really affects how we interact with everything. My perspective is definitely a Christian one, but I’m pretty sure I said some things that may have rubbed some Christians the wrong way, but oh well.

Ultimately, I believe if you’re not being like Jesus as a Christian then what’s the point, but some people don’t take the time to read the Bible to see what Jesus did and who he spent a lot of time with… that’s all I’ll say right. Let me know your thoughts on the episode either way if you have any follow up questions because I didn’t want to get too deep.
